WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2025

The Airmen and Guardian's Run begins at 7:25 a.m. Central
The Coin and Retreat Ceremony begins at 9:30 a.m. Central
Events are held at the Pfingston Reception Center

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2025 

Due to unfavorable conditions at the Parade Field, we have enacted inclement weather procedures for tomorrow’s graduation.

What this means: Each squadron will host a ceremony for their flights, with a couple of exceptions.

The ceremony start time will remain unchanged at 0900.

Families/Guests will not be allowed into the training areas until 0830. 

If you plan on waiting in your car and walking directly to the squadron you will not be allowed to enter until 0830. Limited seating will be available at the squadrons.

The Pfingston Reception Center will be open at 0600. 

Shuttles will be available beginning at 0830.

Staff will be available to answer questions about the ceremony. 

The following Flights will proceed to their respective squadrons as follows:

321TRS Warthogs: Flights 048-050

322TRS Eagles: Flights 051-052

324TRS Knights: Flights 053-056

Flights from the 326TRS and 535TRS (Space Force) will proceed to the Pfingston Reception Center. Ceremonies for these flights (057-063) will take place in the Airmen and Guardian’s Arena (Same as the Coin Ceremony)

See map below for instructions on where to park should you want to walk directly to each squadron. (326TRS and 535TRS will park at Lot 1 all other Squadrons use the map to find the corresponding lot.)  Shuttles will be available at the Pfingston Reception Center beginning at 0830 for transport to the specific squadrons. If you choose to walk there will be MTIs escorting families to the Squadron areas from the PRC. (Map can also be found here.)

With the ceremonies being held in an active training environment. all families exit the squadron areas promptly after the ceremony so training can continue for the flights that are still in training.
